Dr. Tolentino has over 35 years of progressively senior-level experience in both international development agencies, governments, and NGOs in international development, governance, development finance and banking, top management, analysis and planning of socioeconomic programming, reform, and research-for-development initiatives, projects, and organizations in Asia, Africa, and Central America.
